Robles returns to the scene of his crimes
Chelsea have won every league game this season, but the old boy in Everton's midfield knows the room better than most.
There is a corner of the home dressing room where the hooks still creak the same way, and Alberto Robles will see it again on 24 November. He gave Chelsea 204 games and 41 goals across nine seasons, and collected 31 trophies doing it. Now he comes back in Everton blue, fourth in the table, with three assists in his last four games and a point to prove to nobody in particular.
Chelsea have won all twelve of their league games and are unbeaten in the league all season. The likely line-up is a 4-3-3 with Elias Jimenez in goal and Lionel Messi on the left; Nacho Valera, Bruce Hilgers and Jairzinho are all missing. Everton's 4-3-3 should include Robles and Víctor Boix in midfield, though several of their starters arrive tired. Watch Júnior against Santiago Pérez, and Messi against Omar Folch; the last meeting at this ground finished 3-0 to Chelsea.
