HJK Make It Six, and the Pursuit Shows No Sign of Breaking
Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi have taken a sixth successive Finnish title, and the rest of the league is no nearer an answer.

Six in a row once sounded like a curiosity in Finnish football; now it reads as an order of things. Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi finished the 2063 season as champions again, Ilves the nearest of those chasing them, and the run that began in 2058 carries on without a break.
There is a hard-won texture to this sort of dominance. The club's earlier five-year grip on the Finnish Cup, from 2049 to 2053, ended abruptly enough to remind anyone that sequences are mortal. Yet the league run has outlasted it, and a fifty-fourth title before this one has become a fifty-seventh in all. Ilves must wonder what more is required. HJK, for now, simply keep the standard where they found it.
