Cádiz lose their striker to Düsseldorf for £10.3m — and the Bundesliga gets a worker.

Cádiz sold. Fortuna bought. Jan leaves the Spanish second division for the Bundesliga in a £10.3m move, and Düsseldorf have themselves a forward who knows the long road.
He came up the hard way in Spain: 136 games for Cádiz, 58 goals, no trophies to show for it. Now he pulls on the Fortuna shirt and says plainly: "I want to help Fortuna." That is the kind of talk the Ruhr respects. No prima donna, no fuss — just a man who has grafted for his chance. Düsseldorf's people will give him time. He had better give them goals.
