Bulls Battered: Juve's Revenge of the Old Boys
Bologna arrived at Giovanni Agnelli Park with three former Juventus men and left with a lesson in control, beaten 4-0 by a side that never let them breathe.
There was no mercy in it. Juventus met their old servants — Antonio José, Raudinei — and dismantled Bologna with the coldness of a club that counts this fixture as personal. Yeremay Escobar struck twice inside the half-hour, and Acoidán Arbelo added two more, the second deep in stoppage time.
Raudinei, booked after two minutes, spent the evening chasing shadows as Bologna finished with 21 fouls and not a single shot on target. Escobar was the difference: two goals, an assist, five shots. When André Augusto came on, the third goal followed. Arbelo ran 13 kilometres. That is the standard. Bologna's old boys were sent home with nothing.
