A £0.3m loan brings centre-back Mahmut Özer to Trabzonspor A.Ş. from Manchester City. The move was completed on 10 September, with Özer arriving as Soner Öztekin is sidelined until about 12 October.
Özer steps into a fight for a place with Öztekin, Resul Özbek and Oltan Çarkacı. Each has made one league start over the past two seasons. City also loaned Robert Mocioacă to Dinamo 1948 SA earlier this month.
