Hertha have paid £43.7m for a midfield answer. Stuart McCann, 23, arrives from AFC Bournemouth as Adrian Muqaj and Matthew Baan depart on loan, leaving Heru Noor as his competition for a place in central midfield.
The move lands on a busy day for Bournemouth, who have spent £43.9m on three players, while McCann heads to the Bundesliga. Hertha will want their new arrival to make his mark quickly; Noor made 14 league starts in the last two seasons, while Baan made 23 and Muqaj 29.
