The best young players do more than flash potential: they start shaping the games in front of them. Thomas Tjøstheim is doing just that at Rosenborg BK, where the 19-year-old Norwegian has become a bright presence in the Norwegian Premier Division.
Across 18 league games in 2062/63, Tjøstheim scored four goals and supplied five assists, earning a 7.3 rating. That is a lively return, and a platform to build on: next comes the challenge of turning those contributions into an even bigger role for Rosenborg.
